Welcome to the SEPP, an Alpine boutique hotel in Maria Alm for adults and anyone over 21. Charmingly unconventional, the SEPP is exceptionally unexpected. It's a place that brings together old and new, tradition and zeitgeist. And most importantly, guests. The SEPP spirit is based on the idea that you're never alone when surrounded by others. Together and in the middle of it all.
Special features & further information
We give our guests plenty of space to find new ideas. Upstairs in the attic, that is our living room, dining room, space for break-outs or completely exclusive. Up to 60 people. The SEPP has 40 rooms. Alpine Workation and Shared Workspace with twist.Outdoor events and numerous opportunities for team building: we have the right partner: whether on the mountain or on the bike, with an arch or on the high ropes course: with us you can find the way to the extra mile together.
