Description

In this team event, customs and corporate identification are sustainably mixed. Under the expert guidance of carpenters, painters and florists, an individual success tree is built based on the Bavarian maypole tradition. In teams, the tree is cut, painted in corporate colors, and anchored in a prepared foundation. Supplementary "guild plaques" with corporate goals and successes are attached, as well as fir branches tied into wreaths. At the end, all groups are brought together and accompanied by twinkling brass music during the erection. The guild plaques can find a place in the company and the wood also finds further use.
