Angeleitet von regionalen Handwerkern entstehen in kleinen Bautrupps individuelle Stücke. Je nach Projekt wird geleimt, verstrebt, verbunden, gesägt und gebohrt – verschiedenste Materialien kommen zum Einsatz und bilden am Ende das große Ganze. Nach Fertigstellung wird das Bauobjekt entweder zur Eigennutzung mit nach Hause genommen oder offiziell übergeben. Zum Beispiel an Kindergärten, Vereine oder Gemeinden – gerne mit einem gemeinsamen Fest am Schluss.

In questi eventi l'accento è posto sulla creazione con le proprie mani, e l'effetto collaterale migliore è che spesso questo può essere combinato con uno scopo di beneficenza. Sotto la guida di artigiani regionali, piccole squadre di costruttori creano pezzi individuali. A seconda del progetto, si incollano, si rinforzano, si uniscono, si segano e si forano - si usa un'ampia varietà di materiali e alla fine si forma il grande insieme. Eine Brücke zum Kunden, eine Brücke zum Kollegen, eine Brücke zur Gesellschaft - Brücken verbinden. Sie stehen für das Erreichen neuer Ufer, das Überwinden von Hindernissen und dafür, dass man immer neue Beziehungen schaffen kann. Darum geht das Projekt „Brückenbau“ mit all diesen Attributen einher und die Teilnehmer unter fachkundiger Anleitung ans Werk. Ausgestattet mit Bauhelm, Werkzeug und Schutzanzügen (gerne individuell gebrandet) wird in Teams planiert, geleimt, verstrebt, geschnitten und verbunden. Das Ergebnis ist groß in jeder Hinsicht. Denn die Teilnehmer haben nicht nur ein beeindruckendes Bauwerk erschaffen, sondern hinterlassen etwas, das bleibt, und der Gesellschaft zugutekommt.

Equipped with construction helmets, tools and protective suits (gladly individually branded), teams level, glue, brace, cut and connect. The result is great in every respect, because the participants have not only created an impressive structure, but also leave behind something that will last and benefit society.

Un ponte verso un cliente, un ponte verso un collega, un ponte verso la società - i ponti collegano. Sono sinonimo di raggiungimento di nuove sponde, di superamento di ostacoli e del fatto che si possono sempre creare nuove relazioni. Ecco perché il progetto "Bridge Building" va di pari passo con tutti questi attributi e i partecipanti si mettono al lavoro sotto la guida di esperti. Equipaggiati con caschi da cantiere, strumenti e tute protettive (volentieri di marca individuale), i team livellano, incollano, fissano, tagliano e collegano. Il risultato è grandioso sotto tutti i punti di vista, perché i partecipanti non solo hanno creato un edificio imponente, ma hanno anche lasciato qualcosa che durerà e andrà a beneficio della società.

Bei diesem Teamevent werden Brauchtum und Unternehmensidentifikation nachhaltig gemischt. Unter fachkundiger Anleitung von Schreinern, Malern und Floristen wird angelehnt an die bayerische Maibaum-Tradition ein individueller Erfolgsbaum gebaut. In Teams wird der Baum geschäpst, in Firmenfarben bemalt, und in einem vorbereiteten Fundament verankert. Ergänzende "Zunfttafeln" mit Unternehmens-Zielen und Erfolgen werden genauso angebracht, wie zu Kränzen gebundene Tannenzweige. Am Ende werden alle Gruppen zusammengeführt und beim Aufstellen von zünftiger Blasmusik begleitet. Die Zunfttafeln können im Unternehmen einen Platz finden und auch das Holz findet weitere Verwendung.

At the end, all groups are brought together and accompanied by twinkling brass music during the erection. The guild plaques can find a place in the company and the wood also finds further use.

Sotto la guida esperta di falegnami, pittori e fioristi, si costruisce un albero del successo individuale sulla base della tradizione bavarese del maypole. Vengono attaccate "targhe di gilda" supplementari con gli obiettivi e i successi dell'azienda e rami d'abete legati in corone.
